Battery Powered Tensioning Tool – TCT32

The Redback TCT32 is a battery powered tensioning tool for woven and composite cord strapping up to 1-1/4″ wide, built from the ground up for tensioning strapping rather than adapted from a drill. It features a 4th generation brushless motor and ships with two Bosch 18V, 4 amp hour lithium ion batteries, each capable of up to 350 strapping cycles per charge. A smart electronic control unit offers three pre-programmed tension modes, precut, automatic, and manual, along with 6 electronically controlled torque levels delivering 675 to 1,800 lbs of tension. A dedicated quick reverse button lets operators back the tool off without cutting the tail, useful when pulling long strap lengths through a buckle to reset and apply additional tension. At 8.8 lbs including battery, the TCT32 is ergonomic and well balanced enough to feel lighter than its weight suggests.
