Tensioning Tool – TM325

The Redback TM325 is Redback’s top of the line, everyday tensioning tool for woven and composite cord strapping up to 3/4″ wide, and the preferred tool for both strap types at this width. It features a chamfered, 6 slot windlass with automatic alignment for fast strap feeding, a steel roller built to withstand handle impact without cracking, and an offset gripper foot shaft that holds the cam angle steady under tension so the strap won’t shred or the gripper foot jam shut. It requires very little maintenance, and its hardened steel cutter is replaceable as part of a shear style housing assembly. For crews strapping loads under high tension every day, Redback recommends the TM325 over the lower cost TRT6, since it lasts significantly longer and burns through fewer ratchet wheels and pawls.
